Known Issues:

• Customer wanted to build a welding cell for very large parts.

• Usable area was in the center of the plant.

• Wanted a simple solution that would not require the employee to "use" the system.

• Space is limited on side of building due to traffic using road to access loading docs.

• Neighbors were complaining about noise from other processes.

Provided Solutions:

• Provided Donaldson Torit DFE 4-16 Cartridge dust collector.

• Provided Goff Curtain walls "tented" area inside the plant.

• Collected welding fume form "tented" area from upper section of the welding cell.

• Provided aftermarket silencer to reduce dBA to <80 dBA.

• Returned air back into building to avoid heat loss in winter months.

• Provided solenoid mufflers to reduce noise from compressed air cleaning system.
